Privacy policy

This notice explains how the ERDI 905 nm Specialist Desk at erdilrf.com handles information submitted by international business visitors.

Information we collect

• Technical inquiry details: name, work email, company, country or region, optional phone or WhatsApp number, preferred reply method and request type.
• Engineering context: application, target conditions, selected product records, range class, environment, interface, SWaP, quantity and schedule information that you choose to provide.
• Service-protection data: a one-way request-source digest, form timing, idempotency identifier and delivery/audit status. The raw source address is not stored with an inquiry.
• Optional analytics: aggregate visit and interaction measurements load only after you choose “Allow optional analytics”.

Why we use it

We use inquiry information to answer your request, review product fit, supply current documents, prepare samples or quotations, manage the resulting business relationship, prevent abuse, maintain delivery records and protect the service. Optional analytics is used only to understand and improve the buyer journey.

Storage and security

Inquiry contact and requirement content is stored as an authenticated encrypted payload in the site database. Access is limited to administrators who handle technical and commercial inquiries. Public API responses do not return contact details, inquiry text, internal identifiers or server-side secrets.

Sharing and international processing

Inquiry data may be processed by hosting, email and customer-relationship service providers when those routes are configured. We send only the information needed to answer and manage the inquiry. A CRM route remains inactive until a verified integration contract is configured. Service providers may process information outside your country or region under their applicable contractual and security terms.

Retention

Website inquiry records are retained for up to 730 days from submission and then deleted automatically, unless a shorter deletion request applies or a longer period is required for an active quotation, order, contract, dispute or legal obligation in another controlled business system. Operational rate-limit data expires much sooner.

Your choices and requests

You may use the site with essential storage only. You can reopen “Privacy choices” in the footer at any time. You may ask for access, correction, export or deletion of inquiry information associated with your verified email address, subject to applicable law and records that must be retained for contractual or legal reasons.

We will update the effective date and this page before using inquiry information for a materially different purpose.
