SPD1200N4 ROS 2 驱动：range 节点、话题、launch 文件
ROS 2 包通过串口以 115200 波特率读取 SPD1200N4，发布以米为单位的 sensor_msgs/msg/Range。从驱动仓库安装，传入串口和型号名，话题即可在 RViz 中看到。
